We’re proud to announce the launch of Linden Tree Pub in early May, returning to the site of Linden Hall Hotel, Golf & Country Club in Longhorsley, Morpeth complete with a fresh look and tasty new menu for you to try.
Taking inspiration from the picturesque surroundings of the pub in rural Northumbria, we set out to create a warm, welcoming and authentic setting where everyone from overnight hotels guests to spa customers, golfers and local explorers can enjoy fantastic food & drink.
Whether you’ve been taking in the fresh air when walking through over 400 acres of leafy hotel grounds or driving back from a day’s adventure in Northumberland National Park, we invite you to rest those weary legs as you set up next to the roaring fire with a drink on a cold winter’s day or tuck into fresh seasonal fare in our outdoor seating area.
Astutely selected rustic furnishings and fittings set over two floors of atmospheric bar and dining space complement atmospheric lighting and floral decoration that makes you feel right at home as soon as you step through the door – your favourite four-legged friends welcome too, of course!
A delicious menu brimming with tantalising British classics each carefully prepared by our talented chef team include a variety of regional influences. From mussels with Somerset cider, bacon lardons and tarragon to start, move on to the likes of our signature main ‘The Linden Burger’ with house sauce, before finishing with apple pie and warm vanilla custard for dessert – there’s something for everyone.
Bringing the kids along? They’ll relish the option to choose from their very own Kids Menu (for ages up to 8), with two-course main and dessert plus a soft drink available at a great value set price and at portion sizes they can easily handle.
